How do you ensure the meat stays fresh during delivery?
All orders are packed in temperature-controlled, insulated boxes with reusable gel ice packs. This ensures your meat remains at a safe, chilled temperature for up to 48 hours during transit.
Where do you source your meat from?
We pride ourselves on supporting local. 100% of our beef, lamb, and pork is sourced from trusted Irish farms, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and traceability.
What are your delivery areas and schedules?
We currently deliver across Dublin and the greater Leinster area. Orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for next-day delivery, Tuesday through Saturday.
Can I freeze the meat I receive?
Yes, all our fresh meat products are suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing on the day of delivery and consuming within three months for optimal quality.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.
Do you offer vacuum-sealed packaging?
Yes, most of our cuts are vacuum-sealed or leak-proof skin-packed to extend freshness and make storage in your fridge or freezer more convenient.
